Join us for an hour of magical history in the heart of the forbidden territory. Either join us for one of our scheduled tours departing from the Main Building (where the Coffee Shop is situated) or obtain a Voice Map recording online and take the tour at your own pace.
Permits can be obtained either online or directly at the Kolmanskuppe entrance gate or at Desert Deli in Lüderitz. (Corner of Bahnhof & Moltke Streets)
We advise that visitors download the VOICEMAP APP via our links below and then make use of the opportunity to receive one of our free VoiceMap vouchers at the entrance gate. Should you wish to learn more about Kolmanskop before your actual visit, you are welcome to purchase our voice tour via the appropriate link below.
Guided tours take place:
Groups can join the normal guided tour, or book a private tour which can be arranged for a different time (min. 6 participants, pre-booking required, click “group bookings” to see options available).
The “day pass” gives you access between 6:00 and 19:00 and is ideal if you want to take pictures at sunrise and sunset
